The challenge
MindNLife is a psychology practice based in Hong Kong and the UK, led by Dr Q Zaidi, providing evidence-based clinical psychology with a focus on compassion and family mental health.
Despite real clinical expertise, MindNLife's social presence did not reflect their professional authority. Posting was sporadic and the content was not building awareness, community or trust with the professional audience they wanted to reach on Instagram and LinkedIn.
What we did
We took over the channels and replaced ad-hoc updates with a consistent, value-driven content engine. Bite-sized educational carousels such as '5 tips to protect your wellbeing' gave followers something useful immediately. A clean, calming visual identity was applied across every platform to build instant trust. Content was shaped for each channel: visual storytelling and community on Instagram, thought leadership and professional engagement on LinkedIn.
- Educational carousel series for Instagram
- Consistent, calming visual rebrand across platforms
- LinkedIn thought-leadership content
- Platform-specific publishing rhythm
The results
Instagram followers grew 62 percent, from 450 to 730, with steady output taking the post count from 455 to 493 and the following count up 15 percent. On LinkedIn a single educational post reached 11,297 impressions with a 67.77 percent engagement rate and a 67.04 percent click-through rate, generating 7,573 clicks.

The conclusion
MindNLife's social channels now do what their expertise deserves: build authority, grow a community and put the practice in front of the professional audience it serves. High-value educational content, published consistently, did the work.
